Ana Soto grew up in Panama and moved to the US in 2008. She graduated from NC State University with a Bachelors in Agribusiness Management in 2015.

Ana began her accounting career in 2019 and started working with Power in Numbers in 2020. She soon realized that her values and mission of the organization aligned with her personal objectives of offering quality services to businesses in communities that are underrepresented and nonprofits that promote social justice. She became a worker-owner in October of 2020. 

Ana is fluent in Spanish, English, and is learning Japanese. Her hobbies include reading lots of sci fi, fantasy, graphic novels, and manga. She enjoys watching murder mysteries, crime documentaries, and anime. She likes collecting and showing her enamel pins.
