Are you remodeling your kitchen and want to donate your used appliances? Do you have a family member who works at a hardware store and has access to returned goods that can’t be restocked? We are always looking for ways to make homeownership more affordable, and our resourcefulness together is how we make it happen. Donations are tax-deductible.

- Pro bono representation of ABCLT during purchase, or of our buyers when we sell to them
- Introductions to organizations or gatherings where we can present
- Advocating with sellers (estate planning; sell to us below market for tax write off; portion of profits for STRs)
