Lyman J. “Greg” Gregory is a shareholder at the law firm of Marshall, Roth and Gregory, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, and small business formation and transactions. Mr. Gregory received his Master of Regional Planning and law degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1998. He has previously worked for the Southern Environmental Law Center in Chapel Hill, and operated his own solo legal practice from 1999 to 2005.
Mr. Gregory is a native of Asheville and is active in numerous community activities. He is a past board member of Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy, Unitarian-Universalist Congregation of Asheville, Historic Preservation Society of Asheville and Buncombe County, and Asheville Greenworks. He is a graduate of Leadership Asheville 30. For 20 years, he was a volunteer educator for the First Time Homebuyers Class at OnTrack Financial Education & Counseling.
